Method
Humanlytic places the entered weekly hours into BLS CPS Table 19’s published 2025 category for all workers, men, or women, then sums the shares in complete lower categories. The result is the category’s cumulative percentile range; no within-category distribution is assumed.

Limitations
BLS publishes grouped actual-hours categories, not individual-hour percentiles. Humanlytic returns the cumulative percentile range occupied by the selected category and does not distribute workers uniformly within it. The 2025 annual estimates are 11-month averages excluding October because data were not collected during the federal shutdown.
